As churches or companies, generally, we try to make our people fit the work at hand. As people, we try to make ourselves fit a mold that our company or church has carved out.

We think it should be the other way around. It is our belief that finding our unique mix of spiritual gifts or the mix of gifts inherent in our people, is a key to finding the mission we are are called to do. That means knowing and understanding Spiritual Gifts, and being able to put them to work.
