Build a Creativity Kit!
Sometimes, the paraphernalia of creativity can pile up. Let's say you want to be able to take
advantage of the power of journaling, so you have to have a journal. And maybe you would like to be able to capture moments in a sketchbook, so you add that to the pile. But a scrapbook would be nice too so you can rip out those little ideas you see in papers and magazines. But to have them all at hand easily and compactly. No way! The pile is way to big to carry around.
Well, go right now to your local art supply store and see if they have any of the "Note and Sketch" books by Bienfang. The pages in these handy books are half lined and half white (for sketching or attaching things to scrapbook style. They have versions aligned both vertically and
horizontally so you can work the way you want to. What? Your store doesn't have them?
Send them to the web
site.

While you are looking for the right tools, consider the Y&C multipoint pens. Three colors and a pencil in a slim, handsome pen. I've used one for a decade now and it's handy for work, for sketching, and for mind-mapping.
Y&C has a web site, but these folks do a better job describing the value of the
pen. You can also get them at the Franklin
Covey web site
These two products add up to a powerful creativity kit that you can easily carry with you, wherever you go!
