"Sometimes the most urgent and vital thing you can possibly do is get a complete rest."
- Ashleigh Brilliant.
Go to bed early. Sound silly? It's not. A well rested brain can make leaps of
imagination that a tired brain can't.
Sleep experts say most of us get up to two hours too little sleep each night.
Try this: Go to bed two hours early tonight. Before you lay down, think of a problem you'd like to solve. Go over it in your mind as you lay in bed. You
may be surprised at what you come up with the next morning. The brain works even when the body sleeps.

Keep a notepad next to the bed. Write down your first thought in the morning. (And let us know how it turns out - we love sharing success
stories in our seminars!)
