Paul writes often of spiritual gifts in the bible, listing 16 distinct gifts of the Holy Spirit. At Summit Manor, it is our belief that finding a person's or organization's unique mix of spiritual gifts is a key to discovering God's will for our lives.

Individuals, ministries - even businesses - succeed when we have the right mix of mission, people and gifts working together to do God's work.

Generally, we try to make our people fit the work at hand. We think it should be the other way around. It is our belief that finding our unique mix of spiritual gifts or the mix of gifts inherent in our people, is a key to finding the mission we are are called to do. That means knowing and understanding Spiritual Gifts, and being able to put them to work.
